The 2025 Annual Meeting opens at 12 P.M. on Sunday, June 1, with registration and exhibitor set up beginning. The kickoff reception will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Julep Point.

Registration for Activities

  • MAHP's Annual Conference golf outing will be offered on Monday afternoon of the conference. The cost to play is $250. Club rental is available for an additional $45. Please specify right of left hand if making a rental reservation. Plan to be at the course at 1:30 p.m. Registration can be found here. 
  • Paint & Sip will be returning again this year on Monday afternoon of the conference. The cost is $100 and includes all materials. It will last approximately two hours beginning at 2:00 p.m. Beverages will be provided. Registration can be found here. 

Monday, June 2, will kickoff with breakfast followed by welcome remarks and general sessions until the networking lunch at 12:00 p.m. The afternoon portion will be reserved for activities such as golf and paint & sip (both will have separate registrations). 

Tuesday, June 3, will feature breakfast and general sessions until lunch at 12:15 p.m. The afternoon session fill feature more general sessions until 2:00 p.m. 

The silent auction will run from 4:00 pm. on Sunday, June 1, until 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3. Silent Auction pick up will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3. If you are traveling with limited space, shipping of items will be an option at purchasers cost. 

We will be hosting three optional networking activities on Tuesday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. These activities are included in your conference registration. Make sure your travel arrangements include Tuesday night so you can participate in these fun activities.
